(1) After receiving the report in accordance with section 12, the executive director may further consult with the relevant subject committee regarding the report, regarding the activities of the applicant organization and the granting of the accreditation certificate to that organization.
(2) Subsection (1). According to section 12, based on the final report submitted by the subject committee, if it is deemed appropriate to issue an accreditation certificate to the applicant organization, the executive director shall issue the accreditation certificate within one month after charging the necessary conditions and fees as specified.
(3) The validity of the accreditation certificate issued under sub-section (2) shall be three years from the date of issuance of the certificate.
(4) Other arrangements regarding the format of the accreditation certificate shall be as prescribed.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if the final report received from the subject committee in accordance with section 12 decides that it is not appropriate to issue an accreditation certificate to the applicant organization, the information along with the reason shall be given to such organization within seven days.
